Nicole brings years of experience in interior design and showroom management to her role as Showroom Manager at Mother Hubbard’s. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, Nicole ensures a seamless experience for both clients and designers — from coordinating appointments and managing service issues to preparing invoices and guiding clients through the showroom.

Nicole’s passion for design began early, nurtured through years of art and design classes and a high school internship at a local furniture store. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude.

Her professional journey includes roles as a visual merchandiser and interior designer before she joined L&L Window Fashions in 2011. Over the next 14 years, Nicole helped grow L&L into an award-winning business, earning accolades such as Simply the Best and Best of Houzz. As a Certified Hunter Douglas Consultant, she developed deep expertise in custom window treatments, including motorization and smart home integration.

Nicole’s longstanding collaboration with Mother Hubbard’s began through cross-referrals and design partnerships. In 2025, she officially joined the team, bringing her extensive experience and client-focused approach to the showroom.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband, family, and pets. She is also a passionate advocate for animal rescue.
